Terms of service
1. Who may use the app
WonderQuest Kids is provided to adults. A parent or guardian creates the family account and is responsible for every child profile on it, for supervising use, and for all purchases.
Children do not have their own login, email address or payment method inside WonderQuest.
2. Accounts and profiles
You agree to give accurate information when creating an account and to keep your password and parent PIN confidential.
The free plan includes one child profile. Premium Family includes up to three. Profiles use nicknames and avatars; you agree not to use a child's full legal name or other identifying details.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Premium Family Monthly costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically each month. Premium Family Annual costs $59.99 per year and renews automatically each year, until cancelled.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
You can cancel at any time from the parent area. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan.
If a renewal payment fails, the provider may retry it. Access to premium content may pause until payment succeeds. We do not delete learning records because of a failed payment.
Except where required by law, payments already made are not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate.
4. Content and artwork
Activities, artwork, characters and text in WonderQuest are owned by us or licensed to us and are for personal family use only.
Artwork and stories created by a child remain the family's own creations. They are stored privately, are visible only inside your family account, and can be downloaded only by a parent.
There is no public gallery, sharing or child-to-child messaging, and you agree not to attempt to add one.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the activity library; do not attempt to bypass access controls or subscription limits; do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
We may suspend an account that abuses the service or attempts to access another family's data.
6. Educational scope
WonderQuest is a supplemental practice tool. It is not a school, does not provide formal assessment, and does not replace teaching or professional advice. Learning levels and mastery labels describe practice inside this app only.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but may change, pause or withdraw features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights for children's products where applicable.
